Seriously bro. You're that damn upset because I think my team was better than your team last year? I admit that I get wrapped up in Scooter's usual garbage trolling ans I apologize for that...but outside of that I think I have defended my stance very well.

Do you think La Porte is better than Katy? Because if so...I'd like to meet you in person and exchange head locks...that should solve the problem.

Whether it's Lufkin or La Porte or what Scooter's boyfriends name is...I'm debating my views and opinions...doing the best I can at backing that up with statistical reference or Fleeman's favorite "common sense" .

If you don't agree with something I am saying...debate otherwise. Tell me why. Prove it. Telling me you'd hit me if I said "Katy is better than La Porte" in person only does 2 things.

    1) Makes you look dumb.
    2) Gets you beat up. <~~~that was a joke.
We had a better season in 2011. Good luck to Katy this year.

What is threatening about that? I say nothing on here that I wouldn't say to each and every last one of your faces. Just because you are behind a computer screen all day is the only reason you talk so much crap. I know you're little game and this will be the last time I even say anything to you. Anyways just something to think about before you sputter off 10,000 more posts of crap. Get a life...
Lol you have no idea what you're talking about here. How is saying "I think Katy was the better team last year but had an off day." talking smack? He's only answering what you guys are saying. Y'all get too emotional about it. Blake isn't emotional about it at all. Calm down, take a deep breath, and quit taking things personally.

Blake will let you know exactly what's thinking, to your face. Period. If you think you know otherwise - then be quiet. I know him personally, you're asking just to see him. Blake is exactly as he in in real life as he is here. Not boisterous, but he'll let you know exactly as he thinks it is and far more often than not he's exactly right.

    He just doesn't pull punches.

Is that another La Porte reference??
The last time Katy played you...you got a beat down. You closed down your school. Built a new one. Changed your mascot and moved down to 4a.

You're running out of bricks and mascots...you have no choice but to win this game.

    dada, serious question.
TOC is mentioning Katy with only 6 returning starters. I can think of 3 in RB positions, 1 on DL/TE, 1 on OL, 1 WR/CB, and 1 at Safety. Either way, how can the D be back?

    Defense returning:
    matt Dimon
    Isaiah Brown
    Quinn Atwood
    Carson Strickler
    Jake Blomstrom
    Cody Gesslar
A few became starters during the playoffs like Tanner Ebrect
I counted Fulks as a returning starter on both sides of the ball...he will play both ways again this year. The 3 major Defensive guys that graduated were Jake Grode, Jake Miller and Bo Brown. DT Corey Lyons was a starter but missed time due to injury.
"We had a great offense. Some people say we were one- dimensional by only running the ball, but if it's not broke, don't fix it, and if they can't stop the run, we're going to run it down your throat." -Adam Taylor, RB Katy

Returning Defensive players that either started or had significant playing time and I probably missed quite a few

    Kyle Fulks - WR/DB
    Isaiah Brown - DB
    Quinn Atwood - DB
    Jake Blomstrom - LB
    Matt Dimon - DE/TE
    Matt Fraser - DL
    Cody Gessler - DL
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

There are two excellent theories for arguing with women. Neither one works

Tim Wilkerson (6'3" 240 lbs) will replace Grode at DE and Cole Berry (6'1" 200 lbs) who played a lot last year at OLB will replace Bo Brown in the middle.

Thanks dada. I thought there were somewhere around 9 total O & D at least.

After first week of practices . . . Looks like he did. New kicker was soccer district newcomer of the year as a freshman, all district as a sophmore. Will be a junior. Be interesting to see how that works out.

Punter is covered -- McCarley. He punted a couple of times last year when Guzman was out. Averaged just over 40 ypp I believe. Plus brings the fear factor -- very capable runner and passer from punt formations (as was Guzman).

O line -- all the expected names including several juniors. Overall size looks like last years, ~290lb average.
