Lol you have no idea what you're talking about here. How is saying "I think Katy was the better team last year but had an off day." talking smack? He's only answering what you guys are saying. Y'all get too emotional about it. Blake isn't emotional about it at all. Calm down, take a deep breath, and quit taking things personally.
Blake will let you know exactly what's thinking, to your face. Period. If you think you know otherwise - then be quiet. I know him personally, you're asking just to see him. Blake is exactly as he in in real life as he is here. Not boisterous, but he'll let you know exactly as he thinks it is and far more often than not he's exactly right.
He just doesn't pull punches.
Just to make this clear, I'm screwing with you 99% of the time.
The last time Katy played you...you got a beat down. You closed down your school. Built a new one. Changed your mascot and moved down to 4a.
You're running out of bricks and mascots...you have no choice but to win this game.

I'm not sure what I just said. But, it must have been good. You read it. Oh...and BACON!
GO DAWGS!
Defense returning:
matt Dimon
Isaiah Brown
Quinn Atwood
Carson Strickler
Jake Blomstrom
Cody Gesslar
A few became starters during the playoffs like Tanner Ebrect
I counted Fulks as a returning starter on both sides of the ball...he will play both ways again this year. The 3 major Defensive guys that graduated were Jake Grode, Jake Miller and Bo Brown. DT Corey Lyons was a starter but missed time due to injury.
"We had a great offense. Some people say we were one- dimensional by only running the ball, but if it's not broke, don't fix it, and if they can't stop the run, we're going to run it down your throat." -Adam Taylor, RB Katy
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
There are two excellent theories for arguing with women. Neither one works
After first week of practices . . . Looks like he did. New kicker was soccer district newcomer of the year as a freshman, all district as a sophmore. Will be a junior. Be interesting to see how that works out.
Punter is covered -- McCarley. He punted a couple of times last year when Guzman was out. Averaged just over 40 ypp I believe. Plus brings the fear factor -- very capable runner and passer from punt formations (as was Guzman).
O line -- all the expected names including several juniors. Overall size looks like last years, ~290lb average.
