I'm kind of on the fence about this whole ordeal with Dez and Ms. Bryant. When the story first hit, I jumped on Dez's case pretty good but, Ms. Bryant's story changed about 3 times. First, he choked her and ripped her shirt. She also said that he tried to kill her. Then, he beat her wrists (never heard of someone doing that) and punched her. And, the last story, is that he slapped her with a baseball hat? I've met a few women that were really battered women and, my question is, he has already bought the house she lives in, along with the cars that she drives. If you're really that battered, why not press charges? You're already taken care of, and you're not going to lose that. Why not go forward?

Me personally, I don't think Dez should've let him or his so called friends or family back in anyway. Deion tried to inform him that your family can be your worst nightmare and now, Dez has learned the hard way.

What I also find funny is that, Dez didn't start getting in trouble until they came around on a consistent basis. Throw in the fact that Ms. Bryant is 37 and Dez will be 24 this year, and we're talking about a mother and son that is probably more like brother and sister.

Messed up situation all the way round but, there's more to this story and, I don't think Ms. Bryant is as innocent and defenseless as some say.
