...the girl he went with is, for some strange reason, a big fan of Pancho's. For those who have eaten there, you know that as soon as you leave, you are racing to get to the nearest toilet. Well, long story short, they get back to her place and, she's D.T.F. But, before they got down, she runs to the restroom and, well..this is the photo that he took of her draws.
