Klein Oak Under Armour 7 on 7 tourney

How many of you guys knew about this? I never heard anything about it..it was this past weekend with like 32 teams…

Anyone have a team play in it???

What were the results?

It was not a great tournament at all. Very poorly organized. No scoreboard or even announcing of the scores of the game in progress. No results posted. The brackets made no sense and they had too long between games. Since under armour sponsored it you couldn't even tell who was playing because they gave the teams under armour shirts and shorts to wear that were either red, blue, black, green or white and they didn't match with the schools colors.

The cool thing that they did do was give the defense 3 points for an interception. Of course that was only if the refs knew of that rule for the tournament which half of them didn't.

I think I heard that College Park and Westbury Christian played in the winners bracket, but I am not for sure.

I've generally found in the DFW area that tournaments that are not SQTs are generally poorly run, UnderArmour, Red Bull etc
