Since we don't know how long this site will be up, I decided to go ahead with my 2012 Panther Preview. Listed below are the returning players that received post season recognition.

2011 DISTRICT 6-5A MVP
CODY THOMAS - QB Oklahoma Commit

FIRST TEAM ALL-DISTRICT

CONNOR DAVIS - WR Looks great so far this spring and will be key
DONOVAN KLECKNER - DL returns to anchor the DL, great wrestler also
CHRISTIAN GONZALES - ILB Big time baseball prospect is instinctive LB
COLTEN GOBER - S New look for Gober as he is in best shape ever

SECOND TEAM ALL-DISTRICT
AUSTIN PETTYJOHN - OLB Continues to amaze with his instincts
MYLES CROSBY - S Big hitter out of the secondary will keep the middle patrolled


HONORABLE MENTION ALL-DISTRICT
DANIEL FARRINGTON - WR Clutch receiver with great hands
WILL DEVINE - OG "nasty" attitude should inspire rest of interior OL


There will be plenty to report on the "new" faces as the season unfolds. Deboski, Crouch, Sisk, Hunt, Jones, Keene, Boffinger, McOmber, Awais, Chapman, Walsh, Medina, Teagle, and Smith to name a few. All of these guys will make big plays for us.

Here's how we start the season. Week 0 will be another great battle as these two have played great games over the last few years. Guyer is out to prove they are the best in 4A, and Flower Mound is in defensive rebirth mode. We will need the week 3 Open date to be ready physically for Trinity.

It' going to be a great year for the Panther !!!
