    Default Mark Renfro - SLC and TCU

    My husband forwarded the following email that he received from the TCU letterman's association to me. Mark was a poster on this board for SLC and he and I had shared PM's regarding TCU and his brother before. Nice guy all around. Just very sad news - always sad to lose a fellow 5a poster.


    Lettermen’s Association Members,

    It is with great sadness to inform the Association that football letterman Mark Renfro '79 passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011. Funeral arrangements are pending.

    Mark played split end for the Horned Frogs in the late 1970's and is the brother of TCU Hall of Fame receiver Mike Renfro and uncle to former frog football player Clint Renfro.

    Please keep the Renfro family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
