Y'all also snatched up Keenon Ward from Snyder, who I am a HUGE fan of. I'd love to see all 3 on the field contributing for the Raiders real soon. Did y'all also pick up the linebacker from Fort Lauderdale? I believe his last name is Hallmon.

We needed some D-line help and getting #1 from 2011 in PA and #80 overall is a nice April present! Level said Tech will have a Top 15 national class when they re-do the 2011 rankings in August and Prunty is earning his money on the recruiting trail.

I'm sure part of it has to be the immediate playing time he will be able to compete for. Man if we can get all our young guys lots of experience this year, 2012 is setting up for big things to happen.

Some of you guys remember how I called Keanon Cooper names a few years ago when he stiffed Tech on NSD for Minnesota and I had a few choice words for an Arky guy (Lavunce Askew and maybe also De'Anthony Curtis)who wanted to play Tech just to get his buddy (Brian Christopher) a scholarship, but there is one guy who stiffed Tech that I never said a word about because he always showed class, pulled out early, and made a decision for the best of his family.

Well, our friend has now come home and will be at Tech in June or July to still play college football with his brother. I won't call him by his nickname, but would like to thank the Gator coach for releasing Mr. McRoy to wreak havoc on the Big 12!

That makes 8 players on Rivals with 4 stars for 2011 and Scout says it's 1 player with 5 stars and 8 with 4 stars. Both agree that Tech has 2 Top 100 players. I really like how Tech never stopped working on 2011 on NSD. They've kept on getting players a couple months later.

I'm a huge fan of getting commits from kids early. It's easier to keep kids than get them and it makes it easier to work on 2013 early.
