GW Ashwander, the owner of HARLOW'S, has a restaurant in buffalo gap as well, but i am not certain of the name but it is not called harold's.

Your right, i had a brain fart. Don't know why it stuck with me as Harold's? Getting old I guess. You are right it was GW's. You need to go eat at has new place in Tuscola though. Insider info, going to be in Texas Monthly's top 40 places to eat in the State of Texas. Good eats out there.

I was in Abilene this past weekend for the air show and we went to Perenni Ranch (Sp?) Steak house in Buffalo Gap and it was amazing. It's only like 15-20 minutes away from Abilene.

Also the chicken place off of 83/277 that we went too was good. It is almost exactly like a babe's.

Awesome well it was a great place. Best steak I have had since the last time I went to a steakhouse in Omaha.

It's gonna be 20 bucks a person give or take a few dollars depending on what you order. Our bill was like $120 for 4 people but that was with 3 people drinking beers plus we ordered an appetizer. I think my steak was $24.95. But it was huge.

Yeah hopefully we will be lucky enough to make 2nd round. I want to go see my brother in Abilene and Trinity playing there would be a good excuse.

W texas will have to get past Martin and Bowie in D1. Tough order allaround the way I see it

Who would have guessed Plano would have been our toughest game in Region?

Yeah I know I thought we would have easily beaten them. And we should have they were 4-6 during the regular season and didn't even deserve to be in the playoffs IMO.

I guess but IMO if you have a losing record you don't deserve to be in the playoffs. I know it would be a nightmare for the brackets.

Last season a 1-9 team made the playoffs. When did we start rewarding mediocrity?

Ofcourse you remember a 5-5 Trinity team making the state game in '93? Or how about a 4 loss Judson team making the State game in '05? I love me a good cinderella story (except if it's against Trinity).
