well since i lured some of you into this with that title, you might as well read the rest, band competition with some major band from north texas, is i guess 2day (saturday), i know carroll(us) will be there, im curious if anyone knows if their band will be there

We'll be there (Hays), not to excited about leaving at 9 in the morning....which is like under 7 hours away, but it's a pretty long drive for us and we perform at 4:45 or somewhere around there. We'll be in our white pants and white cowboy hats (because we're redneck like that). Good luck to everyone tomorrow, hopefully we'll make finals which i think we have a good shot at.

we got 5th, i was very disappointed with a 5th place finish, as were the seniors and a lot of people, i thought our show was better than that, but im not a judge so oh well, its better than nothing, and i know we did our best, and it just wants good enough i guess, congrats to all bands that participated

We got 6th, pretty disapointed with that, but whatever, we were pretty thrilled to make finals in the first place. Dragons08, we saw your show during prelims, pretty good stuff w/ malaguena even though it's overplayed, thought the music was good, the drill just needed some cleaning up, good show overall.

thanks, i wasnt able to watch you guys (you guys were the ones with the cowboy hats correct??) i might of heard you guys playing, it was a western type show wasnt it? if its what im thinking of it sounded great! our footwork isnt the best, we march everybody so freshman yeah.....i cant belive allen doesnt march freshman 660 w/o freshman!!

Yeah white pants, red jackets and white cowboy hats, you can see us coming a mile away. Our show was Carmen Fantasy, not sure that quite fits with the "western" theme show that you heard, i know that we passed by y'all coming out of the warm up area for finals while y'all were waiting to go in.

yep, i was the saxophone lmao, me and a couple friends were messing around and stuff, it was funny, if you were around us, you wouldnt of been able to tell we were getting ready for finals
