it shouldn't be as bad this year.
We're bringing back the Defensive Coordinator that installed the 3rd ranked nationally defense in 2002.
give it 2 years.
for most of last year, we had the nation's 3rd ranked pass offense, I think we ended up around 7.
We scored 62 points against Navy and still lost:cry:cry:cry
give td a little defense and we'll see how it goes.

easy, there dragonsdaddy.........Chase Daniel is a Day 1 pick! He is the exact type guy the NFL needs. Every kid in America witheout the measurables is counting on him. Rest assured, he will not fail. After this next year, he will be in the elite of college QBs of all-time. Contrary to some opinions (Okies), it is a huge thing that he accomplished last year at Mizzou. IMHO

while draft order has a lot to do with a rookie's pay scale, a 4th year player has to have shown some little ability to play, or at least carry a clipboard extra good. i'm too lazy/luditic to find out what all the qb's drafted in cd's class are making next year. seems like the cba has him fully vested too. he has been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to absorb what he can from brees. hopefully in the not too distant future, he'll get a shot at something besides the best job in the world.
