    Default Dj Ready In Waco

What a great freakin' athlete. Waco produced a great one. Probably the greatest ever.

The genuis Mel Kiper says he will likely fall in the draft
because "sometimes he struggles, and can't get free from lineman"

I say ...please Detroit pass him up...
and please Tuna grab him in Big D.
Him and Roy on the same defense is scary.

DJ is the best defensive player I've seen in high school or college football so far. Actually, on the collegiate level I'd have DJ tied with Ed Reed or Sean Taylor on my list of favorites

That is really good fiction Mel states there. Gimmee a break - I like Kiper - but you when you run on constantly at the mouth - sometimes you're occassionally correct - rarely, but sometimes.

DJ's punching the ball loose wrap-around tackles against OU, Michigan, etc. is the best LB move I've ever seen - period.

I watched every game he played at UT.
He is unbelievable. The punch move is my
favorite. He's running, he's at the 20, still running
Johnson with the tackle....and the balls loose!! the ball
is loose!! and Texas has the recovery.
    Classic!

That ESPN Lineman from the Broncos was on there the other night with Sean Salisbury and he said DJ is the most overrated player in the draft!! I got so pissed when he said that!! He is a amazing OLB from what I have seen!!

Mel Kiper also said that Tony Mandarich would set the standard
for which all lineman after him will be judged.
    That's right....Tony who???
    exactly.

What it all boils down to is, most of these predictions
are made by people that know as much about football
as we do. It's a guessing game.

    Oh yeah...
I'm sure he makes big bucks to travel the
country and scout players. Come back throw
a dart at a list of names and teams and BINGO!
In the first round the Dallas Cowboys select......

    on next years predictions...

DJ is good in space and as long as the line keeps the OL off of him, he'll make plays.

If I'm not mistaken wasn't it Mel Kiper who also said Ryan leaf would be ten times the quarter back that Peyton Manning would. Kiper is like any other anaylst on ESPN,FOX,5A Texas Football.com every few picks he gets right while there a dozen great players he misses on.

Bill Polian said it best in the quote, "What the .... does Mel Kiper know?" They all miss on players and a lot of people liked Leaf. They should've known better because he was hated in high school.
