Who is watching this matchup and waiting for it eagerly? This is the game I'm looking forward to the most after the Tech-TCU game.
I am going with Auburn just because they are at home. Auburn is as good any team in the country, and if they win this one, they might become my favorite for the NC. Kenny Irons should be mentioned any time the "best player" conversation comes up.
Anyway, I'm excited about this match up, want to hear ya'lls thoughts on it.

Should be a great game. But I'm taking Auburn at home as well....I think they may be playing for the BCS title in January.

Same here, but it will be tough. The home team has won the last five or six.

LSU 3
Auburn 0 Halftime
What a war this game is. If you want to see some defense, tune in here.
Unbelievable, the Auburn kicker who missed five against LSU last year doinked another one off the upright today.
This could be an epic second half.
Geaux Tigers!

Wow. The SEC officials have jobbed LSU royally, at least twice in this game. Unbelievable that they would pick up that interference flag.

Both teams are over-rated. Auburn's qb is a slow, bad, really bad qb. Michigan would have beaten either team today - badly.

Don't know about all of that, but I'm glad we don't have to listen to all of that ND/Quinn/Weis HYPE any more. It's a little nauseating.

Here's the thing folks - the SEC needs to shift more talent on the O-side - these 7-3 games are just stupid. USC/Texas/OSU etc. all have pretty good D's and lethal offenses - the SEC has great D's and absolutely no offense.
If that qb is considered good - you just made my point - he's bad, which is good for the SEC.
SEC=overrated because nobody can throw or catch.

Auburn's QB looks much better when Kenny Irons is allowed to run at will. LSU has the best defense in the nation.

because some of the teams don't have a good offense means they're overrated? remember the saying "defense wins championships?" the sec has overall the best defenses in the nation. by the way, that qb is good. if he were facing a team like let's say ut, he'd probably have a better day passing. that just shows how good the d is in the sec..by the way...remember the name jamarcus russell. now THAT, is a qb...

Are you kidding?? Auburn could beat every team in the BIG XII right now. Kenny Irons is a monster. How are they overatted???
