We run this offense. I too was not a believer when I first saw it but after running it for three years I can tell you. It's tougher than it looks man, it's tougher than it looks.

If you are going to play spectator as a D, follow the guards. They'll lead you to the play 9 times out of 10. The defensive linemen in the video were real sweethearts.

That could also be used as a clinic video on how not to play defensive line.
