first ESPN picks Texas number one and now the cover of SI. I am beginnning to think that Texas will not win a game this season.

Maybe he's mad because Tech didn't want him at one time. There's got to be some bitterness and jealousy to his post besides wanting to be a tough guy on the internet.

Maybe he's mad because Tech didn't want him at one time. There's got to be some bitterness and jealousy to his post besides wanting to be a tough guy on the internet.

No bitterness just simply tired of Tech Fans whom don't know there place. You'll never be at the top of the pecking order. Never. You have never won an outright conference title in a major conference and never will. This year will be a good test. Preseason schedule is a little tougher and your offense is really good with all the returning starters, but the Defense is very soft. There is the problem. Yeah - i'm a hater - I hate you can't stop a Pop Warner team from running the ball. Sneak up on OU - Better pray Peterson is hurt before that game in NORMAN. Tech Fans know your stinking role. Nothing more or nothing less. Top 15 in the nation - whew, i guess if you are a wishful dreamer. Dream BIG - Lose Bigger Nuff said! See YA! :)

He's not an Aggie. He sounds like a classic Longhorn fan, but he's most bluster. Mostly, he's Dwayne Johnson, also known as "The Rock"!:D

yea i think leach will have them hungry to show the cotton bowl was a fluke and hodges or whoever is qb will be gunning for ncaa single season records...imagine if leach started a qb from rs freshman year till senior year...he would probly break the career record held by the qb from hawaii

David Klingler, of Houston, had 5221 in 11 games at 475/game in 1990, but didn't play in a bowl game that year because they were on probation.

We never will win a conference title- never is a long time

our preseason is a little tougher, that's like saying Dolly Parton is a little bigger than most women.

Tech's D was pretty solid and much improved. 'bama was a running team from the vaunted SEC and scored 1 TD on them, and it was like a 76 yarder.

So are you making excuses for Peterson or the O-line- I'm just wondering who you will blame if he gets hurt:)

Top 15 would be great for ateam that gets your leftovers...

and finally, hope you enjoyed losing to a bunch of dreamers last year- at least respect your opponent- it's called class, and OU generally has shown alot of it, why are you not like your team?

yea but theres a guy that just left hawaii last year i believe who had 17000+ passing yards in his career, breaking the record held by a quarterback from brigham young (his name escapes me)

Timmy Chang is the qb from Hawaii. Ty Detmer, son of former Mission and SA (can't remember whcih SA school) coach Sonny Detmer was the qb at BYU.
