La Porte is the strongest team after North Shore. I'd put Deer Park after that followed by Dobie. I'll take La Porte, Deer Park and Dobie in that order after North Shore.

North Shore has no chance of winning dist. 23.

They should, however be unbeaten in 22. These new districts will be confusing for awhile.
