Rap, Hip-Hop, R&B, Urban, plus that starbucks commercial(Glen! Glen!) that we would always listen to before games, and the title screen music from Mega Man 3 we would listen too also.

The song used in the starbucks commercial is called Rock and Roll Part 1 - by Gary Glitter...albeit a one hit wonder. I think the fight song does it for me because we have a pretty cool one, although no words were ever really written - there are like 10 words and that's it. My own high school fight song has really good words but they are from the 50's so they sound funny now! I also like Pretty Fly and Land of 1000 dances. Of course, now that my kids are out of the high school band and color guard - I will be sitting in the top section so I can finally concentrate on the football team rather than babysitting a bunch of band kids who knew nothing about the sport nor did they ever care if we won...that was irritating. Even the band parents didn't know what was going on! Most of the kids hated the playoffs and that is just beyond me - I am looking forward to an even longer playoff run!!! I just hope if they are in, they play early in the day on 11/19 - I have McCartney tix for the whole family!!!

If you're a defensive player (especially an angry LB) I recommend "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit. If you dont want to destroy something after listening to that, you're probably a girl.

I swear that the Glen! Starbucks Commercial was Eye of the Tiger, it even shows Survivor following around the Glen guy in the commercial. You must be reffering to something else.

"The Beat" by Abilene High's drumline (to my knowledge, they aren't the original composers) is always a good one. So's "Come Out and Play" by the Offspring. Or the recording of Offspring's "Pretty Fly for a White Guy" by A-High's band that appears in Friday Night Lights, when A-High played Permian. It's the second game.

Knuck if you buck by crime mob will get you going for sure. Even the girls part will make you wanna fight a dude lol. The Yellow Card and Taking Back Sunday groups like that are to basically get you to equalibrium. Depending on your position, if you come out to excited, you are bound to mess up. Also anything that the Dallas Carter band plays (if you have ever experienced this) will get the entire stadium going. Not your typical, i'm gonna go win gold at a UIL competition band, but its just something else.

Yes, it was Survivor in the commercial. I like that commercial, especially since I like the song.

I listen to the pre-game show since I don't come real early. Before that, I listen to the 1 hour warmup show. If the game is out of town, I listen to whatever CD is in the changer or a sports radio station if possible.

^^Nolia Clap was the song that got me. I didn't picture somebody playing that, but it was so crunk. Had everybody in the stadium rocking.
