Just looking at some low angle video of Noel Devine, he looks different than I expected. He's small but does appear to be awfully fast with some good moves. i can't believe I guy like this is going to be playing at Prosper. Check him out at http://www.insidehighschoolfootball.com

How far can Prosper go with this guy. How many yards will this guy get at the 2A level? I'll set the over/under at 2,000.

i'm guessing mr stephens lives in the more tropical area of the state.
