when will we start knowing team rosters....is there a specific date?

All I know is that the latest our roster will be determined is our photo day, which is August 18th I believe. We had no spring practice so our roster is still being decided. All that has been done is that the seniors and returning lettermen have picked their jersey numbers and that is really it. Schools that had spring practice probably have a roster.
