I thought we(Katy Taylor) should have been ranked higher than placing fifth in district and not making playoffs over mayde creek. We have 11 returning starters 21 that suited out for varsity and played. I just thought we should have been higher with that and wanted to see what others thought about it. Post comments.

Post comments.You are probably right. But those guys did a great job of providing and analyzing the info they had. You can't expect them to consider everything you know about your team because it would be impossible for them to have that kind of knowledge for 240 or so teams.

This guide is just what it's called, a guide, or a great reference for 5A Texas football. It won't have any bearing on the outcome of any game, district, or playoff. If you guys belong in the top 4, you'll certainly have your chance to earn it.

Remember, ultimately these guys are Katy Tiger fans first and foremost and in your mind they slighted your team. Just prove'em wrong...

I didn't pick Taylor to get in because they seem to have found ways to miss the playoffs in recent years despite having teams talented enough to get there. They need to get it done on the field.

The 3rd and 4th spots are almost toss ups in my opinion.

Taylor has a good chance at making the playoffs, but we'll see if they can put things together enough to get in this year now that an extra team goes.

ya thats true we definitly need to finish the season because every year we start out good but near the end we dont finish games. I believe that we have a chance of playing with every team in this district and being in the game. The heart in this year's team is bigger than any of the teams throughout the past few years and i think that'll be the biggest difference this year for us. And i hope that we prove the critics wrong. nice job on the guide, its very good i just had a question about the district.
