Check the countdown thread pinned to the top...#17 is up. Just added it about 10 minutes ago. Also, you can access the rankings from the home page.

I think that is a fair ranking considering the last two years and the talent the Chaps have coming back. As a close follower of the program though, I have to tell you that TE Kyle Adams graduated and will be playing at Purdue next year and Travis Briehan has gone straight rugby (yes, rugby).
Expect Brad Ballew to play more as a WR and help on defense, much like Staton Jobe did last year, since Minor returns from his injury that cut his season short. Minor gained over 1,000 yds. in just over 7 games last season.
Still a great write up and I hope the Chaps can use the low ranking (by their standards) as some sort of motivation.

I was also going to mention a few minor mess ups that could be corrected.
Blake Gideon was out last year with a back problem (dont know what exactly it was but it was obvioulsy a pretty big deal), that caused him to miss district play and the playoffs in football and all of baseball season. If he is 100% healthy he would more then likely be our starting running back but he wasnt in pads throughout all of spring so that could still be up in the air. Other options to be our running back would be Reggie Choice (soon to be senior, started out last year on our Junior jv team but was moved up during district play, however he never saw the field) or Reggie Hodges (was on our sophomore JV last year, but many feel that he could have easily contributed last year on varsity at some position but we really had no specific spot for him. Hes very explosive through the line with his speed).
And Matt Weiner (our all district Dlineman that you mention) has been kicked off the team. I'm not going to share what went on but lets just say it was bad enough that he had to be kicked off without even second guessing.
I know why he got kicked off. Tehehehe I won't tell it's pretty bad.

I think Westlake's receiving corps will still be very good, thought not as good was last years.
Along with Ballew is senior Andy Spears, an absolute burner with good hands, he is also very shifty, kind of Staton Jobe but needs to prove himself first, but I think he has the tools to do very well.
Jorden Etier (sp?) a junior who is very athletic and has great hands and is very shifty, but he tends to try and do too much. He played running back and returned kicks and punts on the JV last year. I think he'll do well.
Stephen Shaffer a big senior tight end who has very good hands and is very physical. He played a little fullback last season and was very physical, breaking many tackles. He will be a big target for Foles next season.
And the punter/kicker Justin Wang, who despite being a kicker is very quick and athletic and has very good hands, probably because he and QB Nick Foles are extremely good friends so he probably has had lots of practice. I believe he also used to play WR but because of his size decided to just kick. He has been known to get nervous and not perform well, but he has the tools to do well, so we'll see how he does.

I bet. In the write up I did for the Chaps in the top 25, I added "This is Westlake after all" when talking about replacing WR talent. Can't remember the last time Westlake had bad receivers.

As you watch Nick work with the new WR, you can see how strong his arm is and that our offense will not lose a beat next year.
