Sounds like Kubiak and McNair really like Vinny! I hope they shock the world by drafting him!
(I am not getting my hopes to high though):(

Yeah try not to get your hopes up. Kubiak and McNair are expected to take Bush.

Expected is the key word.

Unless your last name is Kubiak, McNair or Casserly, you have no freakin' clue what they are "expected" to do. It's all speculation until Tags calls the name.

Casserly doesn't know how to set up a winning team. He can pick some good players but he is bad at picking his coaching(Capers) but hopefully things will turn around next year.

Of course they don't. That's why my expectations are pretty low. You can just look at Casserly and tell that his elevator is stuck somewhere around his belly button.
I do think a lot of McNair and Kubiak. I'm hoping any football knowledge they have may be combined to refute the football idiocy that is Charlie Casserly.

The Chronicle said today that Kubiak & McNair will make this pick.Casserly has made to many blunders.McNair was the only owner in Austin.

If McNair really feels like that, maybe he should dust off the pink slips and introduce Mr. Casserly to the door.

I'm not sure why Dan Reeves came to Houston..

So they didn't have to fire Casserly, which makes NO sense to me. They should have just made Reeves the GM and sent Cass down the road!!

And if Reeves didn't draft Vince, you'd wanna fire him too ;)

I have always thought VY will be with the Texans and I still do. If I am wrong, it won't be the first time and it won't be the last.

You won't be surprised if they pass on VY and take Bush.

Well, ESpin has already released a column stating that VY's proday was impressive, but not impressive enough. Maybe good enough for a top 15 pick, but certainly not a top 10 pick.
However, the NFL Network's analyst, who I admire more, thought highly of him. His arm was better than expected, and he recommends only minimum tinkering.
I am going to go ahead and call it... I don't see VY going to the Texans. I think Tenessee and Oakland are both highly likely. To be frank, as someone who likes VY, but is not a rabid fan, I don't want to see him in Houston. The best thing for Vince, as I see it, would be the Titans. He will have the opportunity to learn with a consumate professional in Steve McNair. I see the organization shielding him a bit from the insanity that surrounds being a 1st round draft pick. In my opinion, VY has shown a little bit of susceptibility to that, especially in his decisons regarding an agent and management team. In addition, I don't think that the insane fan pressure for VY to play and excel NOW would be any good for him in Houston. The Titans are a far better place. With the Titans, I see VY not only becoming the man, but THE MAN he was at UT.

I would be a little disappointed if they don't take him but I wouldn't be surprised if I see the Texans take Bush.
