"Happy Trails" is a popular tune recently all across the NFL.

Is Harrington that bad or did he have a bad coaching system? I wouldn't mind seeing him come over to the cowboys for a look.

I think he just had a bad coaching system. He knows how to be a good QB but the system that he's in just didn't work for him.

No thank you. He is mentally weak... I can see it in him.

True. Josh McCown proved last season that he is capable of being a starting QB when Warner was out with an injury and he did pretty well while he was out.

Ya, I think if Josh McCown got a real shot at QB for a couple of years. He would do very well and become a very solid NFL QB.

Harrington is a good QB that could succeed in the right system. I would love to see him some place like Kansas City or Baltimore where he could learn under a good veteran coach and play with a little more talent around him.

Man, Seguin don't fall off your chair, but I agree with you my man(hey we can't argue em all;) ). But you are correct here plus his decision making was shabby as well.

Yeah I think that was the problem in Detroit. He had decent coaching but no talent.

In all honesty I think he is a big time choke artisit. If you look at the system that they ran in Detroit(West Coast Offense), he couldn't flourish under that and I think that speaks volumes about his ability. As we all know most QB's have high completion percentages as well as good to great QB ratings because the WCO incorporates a lot of short passes which have a higher completion percentage. He didn't. Although a case can also be made for him because he didn't really have a great O-line and there were rumors of turmoil amongst the recievers(Mike Williams/Charles Rogers) as well as injuries(Roy Boy). Personally I think it's him. Correct me if I am wrong on this guys but wasn't it him that refused to play his first year because he said he wanted to sit back and learn first or was that Kerry Collins?

From what I have seen Harrington has the tools but not the confidence. Of course, Ryan Leaf had the tools also and we all know how that turned out. Someone like that might be a good pickup for small money to see if he can be worked with. I'll bet he would work extremely hard to prove the Lions wrong. JMO

Ya.. should be a nice battle to see who wins the job. I think McCown is a better overall athlete than Kitna.
