um yea... i just said that. if you're gonna praise god for doing good, i'm pretty sure you're gonna blame him for you failing.

I'm just glad that I won my fantasy football game regardless of that play. If I had needed 10-12 points from Steven Johnson, I would have been one ticked off man.

I'm glad he dropped the pass because he needs to learn a thing or two. Serving and praising God is not a slip from mommy that gets you out of all your problems. You have trials and struggles that make your faith stronger. God doesn't promise us all sunshine just because we serve Him. He'll bless us, but we're all going to have struggles to face.

im not trying to get philosophical, i'm just saying that it makes sense to me that if you think god is the reason you do something that he would also be the reason you don't do something.
it's the wrong way of thinking, but i'm sure there's alot of people who think that way int he world.

I'm pretty sure God knew this was gonna happen beforehand... and this is why he plays for the Bills.

I firmly believe God knows what will happen and I do think he does bring blessings in the sports arena at times for His glory, but I also think He is neutral much of the time and my comments were based upon said player showing a certain level of spiritual immaturity for getting mad. It brings to mind the story of Job and how Satan told God that Job loved Him because God blessed Him. That was when Job's faith was tested to prove he really loved God for who He was, not for what He did for Job.

Bingo! Job didn't drop a game winning TD pass, he just lost everything that God had already blessed him with, including his children. But he still did not blame God, he praised Him, and God blessed him even more.

The guy that got mad was insulting to me. I've been blessed by God a lot over the years, but I've still gotten a raw deal many times, and I've never lashed out at God and blamed Him and I will soon see the fruits of my patience. I heard one day that Job had a bunch of stuff happen in a 5 month period. I've basically had 39 years and for somebody to lash out over 1 pass is just childish.
