You are correct. However...Andre is just as guilty as any here. If he gets suspended and fined...he deserves it. Him throing punches and getting suspended while his team is trying to make a playoff run isn't "humble" and of good nature IMO. Hopefully he will earn from this, grow up, and move on. :)

Personally, I'm a proponent of letting someone other than my FRANCHISE deal with the schmuck. Put some backup G or OT in at FB and lead sweep the Leprechaun until he gets pulled or carried off.

I think this is more on Kubiak than Dre.You can run certain plays with a 20 point lead that certainly would have humbled the afro-ginger boy. The head coach should be more aware of what's going on.

All this incident proves, with regards to Andre Johnson, is even the best of us can fall to the power of our emotions. Johnson has never been in a bit of trouble. He is widely regarded around the league for his work ethic, his humbleness and his charitable efforts. He is a true professional and he lost his cool after being aggressively provoked not just during this game but over seasons. Finnegan has been laying the groundwork for this moment over the course of their last 4 games, imo. Johnson made no excuses for his behavior, was regretful and apologized immediately following the game. I have no issue with him.

Finnegan, imo, should be dealt with harshly, if not by the league then by the men he disrespects everytime he steps onto a field. This is a man that has a lengthy history of infraction and punishment. He's hit players before. He's dragged another player across the field before. He's always at the top of the polls for dirtiest player in the league. He's a punk, period.

That's what I was talking to my dad about. He said he thinks that they both should get suspended because they cant let players and I quote "beat the $**t out of each other". My argument was that Innegan has been doing this for years and had it coming. I think the Commish sees that and sees how stand up of a guy Johnson is and instead of punishing Johnson for that ginger looking punks continued behavior... he just let Johnson's left and right hands be the punishment. Hands down the best thing that could happen. I dont know if Innegan is dumb enough to mouth of to a player who has 6 inches and 40-60 pounds on him again. Imagine if he had done that to Hines Ward?
