are back. Those two victories were just an illusion. Is Wade Phillips back on the sideline? F'n Gurode needs to get his head out of his as*. They really look lost.

And thank you roy williams:Censor:

I really shouldn't be surprised, this isn't the first time he has cost us big time in a game. Of course when you don't have corners or safeties you cant stop anyone either.

Don't feel too bad about it. At least they fought back from the dead and made a game of it.

Just lost to a better Saints team. And, after all, they beat a Giant team who was looking past them and a crappy Lions squad.

And, I've never like Roy Williams. He proved why to me again.

Hey Yankee, if you're gonna dog him, make sure you dog the other misfits that continue to give these games away...

The play calling on the last Cowboy drive was pitiful. A 59 yard FG attempt was all they could come up with

They pulled a Houston Texans today. I didn't think they had enough of an offense to be able to come back, but they proved me wrong. They also reminded me how bad professional football is in Texas this year.

Considering they are having to use a 38 year old back up QB, maybe I was spoiled with them winning two in a row. They should have won yesterday against the super bowl champs but it wasn't meant to be. What does that say about this team? They obviously have the talent to beat anyone (except in the secondary) and that is probably the most frustrating aspect of the season. BTW I started Dez in fantasy football and he had 0 catches:Censor: I just don't think the Cowboys can win if Dez isn't involved. He is THAT much of a game changer IMO

Roy's fumble was big, but I reaaly think he tried to make a good play by switching the ball to the left side away from the closing tackler. Problem was he did not feel the backside trailer coming who stripped the ball. He holds onto the ball, great chance to run out the clock. I think Newman's blunder of letting the wideout run right past him for a 55 yrd completion was pathetic.

true, I think if Dez had caught that pass the defenders never catch him. Roy does not have blazing speed by any stretch. I also think the strip play is chickensh*t. If you fumble it should be because of a good hit, not someone putting both hands on the ball and trying to rip it out of your arms.

I have three players in my house that were screaming, "go down"

if they know that, how can a professional player not? I don't get it, even without the backside tackler, he had to know that ball control was more important than one more yard:mad:

This isn't the first time for Roy to get stripped of the ball. As a matter of fact most teams know that and they take advantage of it. My oldest was in the house watching it with me and he screamed don't fumble as the defenders were catching him and of course he fumbled. Game would have been over if he holds on to the ball and just falls down but nooooooo, for some reason he thinks he can power through two defenders to the end zone. The loss wasn't just Roy's fault. Our secondary is the worst in the nfl......bar none

Players who don't protect the ball always find themselves in on these types of plays. What a coincidence!

It always amazes me that the play for pay people cannot grasp the concept of the situation and prioritize their actions. He knew how close he was to the goal, knew there were defenders closing, knew how much time was on the clock, knew they were in the lead,... protect the ball. It's not complicated.

One more thing. With the current Dallas secondary, its no wonder that every QB they face has a Hall of Fame day against them.

Sure, you know you care otherwise you wouldn't waste your time providing us with your meticulous observations of one players mistake instead of the repetitive clowns of Barber and Newman that continue with their circus acts...
