well i pick lufkin as the number one team to make it because of their major talent returning this season.

i pick slc because they will battle it out with the rest of the teams.

then i pick euless trinity because the other teams left dont seem capable of holding and fighting till the end

This is a good scenario, but I can't pick one. The obvious choice would be Southlake. My next pick would be Trinity, because for one I am bias. Also, as the season goes, Trinity does not seem to sustain any injuries despite playing some hard hitting football. Any of these teams could do it.

my picks are: 2006 squads

Lufkin---> returning starters
SLC-----> R. Dodge and Tre Newton
SV------> they are good every year
Katy----> they are good evey year(Great Tradition)

I think anyone in their right mind pretty much has the Katy, lufkin, SLC, SV going into the playoffs on this one.

SLC-even though rebuilding should come up with a great team again
lufkin- huge amount of talent returning, some quality noobs too
katy- never really a bad team as of late
AmC- lots of returning with a strong team

SLC- will always have talent and they still got the coach.
LUf- returning players
Katy- like slc will always have talent and good caoching
SV- there squad is looking rough and tough next year.

SLC, Katy, Lufkin all for obvious reasons: Returning talent, coaching and tradition. I'm giving the edge to AM Cons. over SV. Just a gut feeling.
