I have a predicament. One of my QBs has to sit this weekend. I have Peyton Manning and Michael Vick. Vick is facing a Giants team that just got embarrassed by the Cowboys. However, he just put up NFL record breaking numbers in Monday's game against the Redskins. Manning is facing one of his biggest AFC rivals, the New England Patriots, but in his last five weeks he has combined for only 61 points (12 pts per week), while Vick scored 49 alone on Monday night. What should I do?

Not a difficult decision at all IMO. Peyton is by far the top QB and he never has two bad weeks in a row. While Vick is good, last weeks fantasy points were a fluke and I would bet he gets no where near that kind of performance this week. I would go with the proven Manning. JMO
