Anybody know how CC did at the National meet?
So, now that we are over our early exit playoff hangovers, what does our team look like for 2011? Who are the kids who are gonna fill the shoes of departing seniors like Schneider, Lasco, Ward, LaPlant and Lee, among many.
Will the super soph T's go to work full time? Will Kronshage, Miles or someone else step up at QB?
Will we have any short yardage plays where the QB lines up under center?
What do we have to look forward to come spring practice?

Anyway 32 points given up to Monterey Tech??? Do not think we gave up 32 points to them in 2 games even with pulling the starters in the first quarter against them. The may be the best in Mexico but do not stack up in Texas. ;)

I was surprised as well. Either TWS's defense is sub-par or MT is getting better.

I think our D is going to be in good shape. They stepped up pretty well last night against Hightower, especially when they really needed to.

Looks like your prognostication turned out well as our defense is working on a school record setting 4 shutouts in a row.
Think we'll win but don't think we'll shut out KC on Friday though.

Shutouts are nice but not necessary. winning is what matters. We'll work on 5 in a row next year. :D
Just a thought for us all.....
I remember when my daughters friend died in a single truck accident a few years ago and just want us all to remember what is most important.... family, friends and the future. Anything you have to face in these HS days are just gonna be BS when you look back on them years later while you are working a real job, with some great mate, or in some horrendous early morning bulk college course with a teacher you can barely understand. :D YOU are oh so incredible... and don't you ****** forget it!!!

Does not seem too much going on this Board from the woodlands contingent. I would think after a solid playoff showing last year, a fantastic non-district schedule for 2012 and a lot of good players returning, that the highlanders would be all over this board. What are peoples expectation for next year?

Yes, I see a lot of potential for our TWHS team - just gotta stop losing players to Spring Football injuries! :eek:
There always seems to be another Highlander who can step up BUT its really unfortunate for the individuals who get hurt.
Regards lack of activity on this board, I kinda like being 'off the radar' (as much as The Woodlands can :cool:). Best to let the boys do all the 'talking' on the field, where it counts!
It will be interesting to see who steps up and provides team leadership, how those who have been moved adjust to their new positions and how quickly the team can gel and regain the magic from last year.

Trust me...TWHS isnt under the radar. Can't wait for Katy's return trip to Woodforest.
