I am happy to report that I have accepted admission into the Master's Program for International Affairs --National Security Track at Texas A&M's Bush School of Government and Public Service. I was blown away by the outstanding faculty and program they are putting together in College Station, it is something for the whole state to be proud of. It is, however, just a bit difficult for a life-long Red Raider fan to adjust to being an Aggie. I am proud to be an Aggie graduate student, but I will never be "aggy".

More good news on this front.. I got my offical (as opposed to e-mail) notification today along with my offer of financial aid. They are offering one-year guaranteed $10,000, and will at least match it next year if I maintain my grades, plus $1,300 for a laptop computer. I can't begin to describe how grateful to God I am for this opportunity.... the scholarship will pay for tuition+book+fees and then some to spare....

Congratulations, it's really nice to see someone of youth, in this day and age, who is serious about thier future and becoming a positive influence on our society. I know we squabble some on football issues, but you have my respect. Best of luck.
