Dan Snyder's Private Jet (aka Redskins 1) is prepped and ready for take off. Just awaiting orders from Coach Gibbs.

yet another example of wasted money by the Jerry Jones wannabe
gives me some respite from Dallas's woes to watch Mr. Dumba$$ throw his money around in vain. It is some great comic relief.
I watched "Gladiator" the other day, and I couldn't stop thinking of Daniel Snyder playing the wuss Caesar. LOL

The Redskins are talking to WR Antwan Randle-El, S Adam Archuleta, WR Brandon Lloyd and DE Andre Carter.
The Redskins would trade a 3rd and a 4th round pick to the 49ers for Lloyd.

That is a pretty good deal for Lloyd.

If it goes down Lloyd should do very well with Santana Moss. He's better than his numbers show.
It will also give the 49ers 2 third round picks, 2 6th round picks and 2 7th round picks. The 4th round pick would be in the 2007 draft. And they still have $27 million to use to get David Givens and Antonio Bryant or try and trade for Javon Walker.

you mean 3-0 as in Jerry's rings vs Mr Snyder's ?
they're both full of themselves, but at least JJ has something to show for it...

What you said is right. But lets compare. How long has Jerry owned the Cowboys? How long has The Danny owned the Skins?

I'm not sure if it's 3rd and 4th for next year. I know the 4th is for next year. Not sure if the 3 is this year or next....
I'm glad that they got him. Now to just get El....

According to the latest numbers I could find, Washington has the higher revenue, but Dallas has the higher net profit and does that with 1/3rd of the gate receipts which is quite remarkable.
Then there is the fact that Jerry Jones bought the Cowboys for $150 million and turned them into a franchise worth right at $1 billion... an increase of well over 500%. Snyder bought the skins for $750 million which are now worth $1.1 billion ... an increase of about 47%. Now consider the fact that Washington's value includes FedEx Field which is valued somewhere around $300 million while the Cowboys value is just for the team itself because the Cowboys don't own their stadium. If Washington wants to keep the title "most valuable NFL franchise" their profits are going to have to skyrocket because as soon as Jerryland is finished, the Cowboys 50%+ ownership in the stadium is going to shoot the value of the franchise over $1.5 billion if not a lot higher.

Let me know what world you are living in and I will try and visit some time.
First, this is my third post on this thread and in none of the previous posts have I mentioned anything about "Danny", rings or any combination of the two.
Second, I also never said he was "not making enough money". The man's team pulled in over $100 million in profit.
I was simply responding to your erroneous post that falsely claimed the "Skins make much more than the 'girls". I didn't think it was that big of a deal and I thought it was relatively easy to understand, but perhaps my expectations are too high. ;)

I don't remember when Danny boy came on, but he threw money big time in his first 2 seasons. I know he's had 3 different head coaches, and Dallas has too during that time.
JJ bought the boys in '89.

Thats the same thing jerry did when he finally got a taste of the play offs.Sold the future for the present, and killed dallas for many years, with no quality draft picks.Last year Dallas finally had a good draft,it was a longgggg time comming!

Let's just hope that Dallas has a good draft again this year. And I hope that the Texans have a good draft by selecting Reggie Bush and then focusing on getting offensive line help as well as defensive help.

Raegan with all due respect Slorch brought up the rings not JTK. Either way Dallas screwed up on the free agency deal by not signing Brees & I bet that Jackass Jones will try to get TO(if that happens I'm done with the Boys).

Snyder once again proves his money means nothing. His pick-ups were far over-priced - he's gotten some decent players in areas he needs no help in - and he overpaid - as shocking as that seems. Mark my words - Brunell doesn't take 60% of the snaps next year due to injury. Bring on Ramsey -- a poor man's Kyle Bohler. Snyder should have gotten Brees.

The Skins are working on a deal to send Ramsey to the Jets leaving rookie Jason Campbell as the #2 guy until another QB can be brought in and/or drafted. If I were the Skins, I would go after Kerry Collins with a very incentive heavy deal. He's still a good QB that could compete for the #1 job. If not, he's about as solid a #2 QB as there is.

Why does everyone that Snyder's the one telling Gibbs, Saunders and Williams "I want these guys, deal with it". NO, Gibbs, Saunders and Williams have told Snyder who they want and Snyder and his capologist and negotiator work out the contracts. Learn something about how the Redskins front office works before you go and bash it. Brunell will most likely be replaced with Jason Campbell.

Unless TO takes the Cowboys deep into the playoffs.I think the Tuna can handle TO. I`m sure TO has been slapped to reality this past season. You just have him sign the contract that gives as many chances as the cowboys want to give him,and thats it,he`s been exposed as a really bad seed, and needs to have a contract with the lingo to terminate.
Dallas handled Keyshawn pretty well. I saw a few times on live tv Parcells telling Keyshawn to shut up! And he did.One time keyshawn was starting crap with Bledsoe for setting him up for a hard hit in the flats. Parcells defused the situation quickly!
TO would really open up the running game, just by being out there. He takes two defenders with him alot. He would make Witten even more of a factor than what he already is.Terry Glenn even becomes more effective.
O` and how about the revenge factor when Dallas plays the eagles twice a year! You can only give him so many chances though.Because if you let him have his tirades, then thats when it hurts the teams chemistry.Philly let it destroy them, and i`m thankful for TO doing that!!!!!:D :p :D

TO is worse than Keyshawn, you will get the biggest egomaniac of all time. All he cares about is himself he doesn't give a s**t about his teammates, it won't take him long to blast off on Bledsoe. I don't think anybody can control him.

I'll give TO a half season before he does blow up. I'll bet he sit tight for half the season and when Man Boobs yells at him in practice in front of the team, he'll finally burst.

I pray to the good Lord above that the Cowboys don't sign the Cancer, but if there is one coach in this league that can control Cancer, that coach would be the Tuna. There is no other coach in all of the NFL that has a prayer, but the Tuna might. This is the same coach that has successfully coached the likes of Lawrence Taylor, Keyshawn and Terry Glenn. He could pull it off, but I hope we never find out.
