It's officially go time on the 2010 season. We're going to try something a little different tonight. I've incorporated a "Cover It Live" window into this post which will publish all tweets from folks out at games tonight. These are people who have confirmed that they will be tweeting scores from the game they are going to.

Hopefully, this will be a good way to get you guys the scores as soon as possible from across the state. As we move along in the season, hopefully we can build upon these first few "runs" and capitalize on the technology.

Quick halftime thoughts:
Matt Davis is a freak in the open field. Electric playmaker. KF's best offensive play is having Davis roll to either side with a run-pass option. He's made some pretty good throws but he's had a couple dropped.

Jamel James has really bulked up but has maintained plenty of speed. Looks 220 easy. Nlemchi has looked good too. Cinco's line is struggling at the point of attack but KF is just flying up field leaving gaping holes. Cinco's QB Maloy has made some really nice throws.

Should be an exciting second half...

Cinco is not using any time-outs. they are milking the clock down as much as possible. KF is dying out there now.

KF - delay of game now. They are in the death throes of the game now.

2:56 left. This game is basically over. When Matt Davis got put out of the game the fight went out of KF. It is like a different team in the second OR more than likely - Cinco made some really good adjustments at half-time.

same here. I think CR still would have won, but I have renewed respect for KF and Matt Davis. KF was playing them close when he was in.

CR may be dangerous but they were getting blown off the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball for the first half. From the looks of it KF has several guys playing both ways and just got gassed from the lack of depth. Meyer can throw the ball and made some good passes. Cinco's secondary looked better then I expected but give KF credit where credit is due, if it wasn't for the lack of depth and Davis going out they were taking the game to CR step for step.

Actually it was tied at half with each team turning over the ball numerous times. But arguably the most electrifying player in the state was pulled due to injury. it would have been a shootout otherwise.
