I'll have to double check my grad book to confirm, but I'm pretty sure the guy LeBlanc on the 8th picture is one of my buddies from basic training.

I'm surprised they let them drink. Most places in the Iraq/Afghanistan wars don't let you drink at all and the one's that do let you drink limit your amount.

I heard a story yesterday about a girl that was charging $200 a pop and doing it in a Port-A-John over in Iraq. They don't let you have sex, but people break that rule a lot. They also ban pornography and muscle magazines and having alcohol shipped in.
Now that I said all of that, they sell condoms in the BX and Stuff and Maxim basically sell out in one day in the BX. If you read those magazines, American Curves, or about any other magazine of that type, you'll see that they talk about the military a lot because the deployed locations are a big part of their business. Sex is a diversion in combat situations and they provide it for the troops. It's the funniest thing in the world, but you can see stacks and stacks of magazines in the dorm dayrooms when people get ready to leave. I bet I could've collected 3 years of Stuff, Maxim, and FHM from the dayrooms if I tried while deployed this year. I saw like 10 of some issues just from our dayroom.

I heard some people in Iraq had parents/friends/spouses send them vodka in water bottles.

It sounds like they're related to the 1997 Longview football team!:p

Some of our players used to get high before the games...coaches tried to stop it but I don't think they really can. 3 players were removed because of a certain offense...

It's a funny society. The men can basically do what they want, but the women can't. Many men go to Western countries to do things that get frowned upon in some Muslim countries.
