Who will make playoffs first? Reagan or Wagner?

I think Wagner will. I know it is early yet, but it is worth the discussion, IMO.

I'll take Reagan and it could be this year for them.

It will be interesting. I think that Reagan has a better than average chance of making the play-offs next year. They have quite a few more years under their belt than Wagner. I think it is alot harder to open a new school than most people think. I think the Wagner coaching staff is good, I have worked with most of them, but i think it might take them a year to get rolling strong.

I hope they make Judson-Wagner the last game every year. What happened to making rivalry games the last game like it used to be?

In East Texas, it should've always been in Week 10:

Longview-Pine Tree
Tyler Lee-John Tyler
Lufkin-Nacogdoches
Marshall-Texas High

Even the Little SWC doesn't always do the inter-city matchups right, but Midland Lee and Permian goofed that up a long time ago.

I think regardless of Permian-Lee it should be in Week 10:

Abilene-Abilene Cooper
Midland-Midland Lee
Odessa-Odessa Permian

Reagan will, Reagan has been at it longer than Wagner who is in their first season. I feel that Wagner will be a team to worry about game in and game out every year in about 3 years. Now if you would of asked who would make the playoffs first between Lee and Wagner, it would be hands down Wagner. I feel that Wagner will play hard but will only finish at best 3-7 iin their first year. I also feel in some of their losses will be by more than 25 points this coming year. The good news though they will play hard every game and by 3 years they maybe one team you do not want to schedule, just like their sister school Judson.

Reagan will make it sooner because they have been playing a varsity schedule longer, BUT Wagner will make it to playoffs in a shorter time than what Regan will. I believe this is Reagan's 7th year this fall in varistiy competition. Wagner will make playoffs within 3-4 years, and finish higher than 4th place.

reagan easily,it should be 4 or 5 years for wagner to get on track,while reagan did some damage in the tough district last year.

Wagner may have lots of good athletes, but if they are not going to have hardly any seniors, that is a big blow. I dont expect to see Wagner in the playoffs their first year. Im going with Reagan.
