Good size, decent speed. This year for LB in TEXAS is slim compared to last years. I don't see us taking any more LB's unless they are OOS.

I agree. Texas is stocking up on O-linemen this year (obviously). They still have their eye on some other linemen. The only other LB I could see Texas taking is Richetti Jones who may end up playing DE anyway. I suspect Mack has his eye on a couple of QBs (Mallet and Chiles) and a few DBs, but I wouldn't expect much else.
Maybe it's just me, but outside of the state's best recruit, QB Ryan Mallet (who could wind up being one of the best QBs to come out of Texas), this doesn't look like a great year for recruits from this state. Last year, we were so deep at so many positions, but I don't see that this year. O-line appears to be the only really deep and solid group this year. That could easily change during the season.

Yeah I heard Richetti Jones would be recruited as a DE. I don't count him as a linebacker either.

I think R. Jones would make a "Heck" of a DE on the college level. His size, speed and strength coming off the edge. Man, him and Eddie Jones on the other end. We could call them the "JONES Twins."
The Texas defense "SHOULD" be pretty stiff for years to come with the overall level of talent that is arriving on the 40 acres.
I think Texas is doing a great job of getting alot of very good football players that have tons of SPEED.:)
Speed kills !!!:D
