District 26-5A has pretty much stayed intact for most realignments. But since 1990, did you guys know that teams like Seguin were in the powerful district. Am I missing any?

Think back to how much talent has come out of these schools during that time

NEISD is excited that it no longer has Judson or SV or NB in the mix.

Surprised Alamo Heights was never in there… Their middle school is always in the same district as the NEISD middle schools.

The only NEISD Middle Schools near Alamo Heights/Terrell Hills/Olmos Park are Garner (MacArthur feeder) and Nimitz (Lee feeder).
Only in exceptional cases will AHISD and NEISD let kids cross the lines for Jr/MS.
The city lines are very clear-cut nowadays...maybe back in the day kids could cross when those two NEISD MSs were considered "exclusive" like AHJH, but the tax brackets are worlds apart today.

My mistake. I meant to say that the Alamo Heights middle school sports teams play in the same district as the NEISD middle schools.

It was being potentially conceived but no seed was planted in the womb yet so to speak.

I believe Alamo Heights was in the same district with the NEISD schools in the late 70's and early 80's. I might be wrong but I thought the district then was:
Lee
Roosevelt
Churchill
MacArthur
Clemens
San Marcos
Seguin
Alamo Heights
But I think it was for only 2-4 years.

Very possible DJ2!
I was curious so I checked and Alamo Heights did spend a few years in the NEISD district in the 1970's. However, that was when 4A was the largest classification. AH has never been in the state's highest classification since 5A was created in 1980.

I thought this was the case, thanks for looking it up BandidoNB!
