Today was okay..I did my usual routine... woke up at 830, ran 3 miles, lifted weights for an hour (while watching my fave. show, cold Pizza), showered, ate a protien bar, went to class...... I aced a test.. thanks again Lonny and GoOwls... after class I watched my shows... PTI, Around The Horn, Jime Rome... then got some much needed sleep...

Tonight we had some friends over.. I popped Sandlot, an all time great, and watched it with them... then I made dinner.. Grilled Chicken, green beans, and corn. Later I snacked on some apples and a banana.

This is the most boring night of the year.. seriously.

This board is getting no action.

Myspace is lame... I got so bored I found my xgf from 9th grade on there.... turns out she has a bf and was kissing him and that actually made me a little jealous.. lol... After I got over that.. I put a new picture up... that provided.. oh 10 seconds of entertainment...

Just a second ago I IM'd a girl I haven't talked to in 3 months and I already regret it... we said some pretty harsh things the last time we talked and I feel like I gave in.

Tommorow I need catch up on a couple of hours of reading... between that, working out, eating, this site, and doing a little work on a research paper... my day is pretty set.

Well, Tuesday Feb. 2nd 2006 was very uneventful. Let's see...

Did the whole working out thing... I hate the feeling of waking up to work out.. but when I am done I feel so good.. I recomend it to everyone.. it makes your whole day better.

Why the hell does protein taste so bad? I ate a protein bar after I was done working out and it is just terrible.

Something bothered me today... I was looking around and seeing fat people everywhere... why do people let theirselves get fat? It baffles me... I look at life like this... you only live once.... and in your life you are only young once... why not take care of your body while you still can? Anyways, I was observing these fat people and I noticed a common trend... we have a tram.. it is like a little bus that takes us from our apartment to the school... and I was looking at the stop and pretty much all the people who were waiting for/getting on/getting off the bus were chubby-fat. The people who walked tend to be in better shape... so why do they not notice this? It is only a half mile... walk back and forth everyday and it will add up. I hate when people don't care about theirself.

Tonight was boring.. I spent all of my time on here and reading.. I read 50 pages.... it sucked... but once again.. I feel good about myself now that I am done.

I think doing stuff getting stuff accomplished is a great feeling.... it is far better than sitting around and having no obligations and achieving nothing all day.

Anyways, this wasn't really a recap... just some stuff on my mind...

The best Protein bar I have tasted is those DETOUR bars, you sacrifice a little more sugar than in most, but it is so WAY worth the extra 5 pushups! Also I think the best RTD to buy has got to be MuscleMilk! I bought one yesterday at my local smoothie King, it was my first one, But I was WAY impressed! But your right Protein's taste horrible for the most part! All the crap I put into my body trying to help me stay healthy, I'm surprised it hasn't killed me yet!

Yeah, I try to just stick with the shakes, easier to get down. My day usually consists of about 230 grams of protein, from Tuna to Salmon, to Chicken, Oatmeal, and Shakes. If you want some info on working out and dieting, the best website I have found is www.bodybuilding.com has all sorts of tips and excercises and motivation articles, just a great site all around. It is geared for the Roid monsters, but it gives a basic idea of what to do.
