I would want to see Judson vs SLC but it is not going to happen.

Oh man, if this is a fantasy type thing I have a lot I would like to see--

Of course my number one choice would be:

Harlingen High vs Anyone in the whole state.

Now, lets get back to reality:

SLC vs. Katy again-- since the series is tied in the Texas Bowl, I would like to see someone come away with a lead.

Odessa Permian vs. Judson-- Their only meeting in the Texas Bowl was a classic, it would be aweome to see these two legends meet up again

Abilene High vs. Smithson Valley-- I can't honestly say why, just feels like it would be a cool game.

Anyone but SLC from the North-- No disrespect intended for SLC fans, but if you are not an SLC fan you are ready to see someone else.

Lufkin Vs. Galena Park North Shore-- would be cool to see all that talent on the field at one time.

We've already had several great games..at one time being in the same district, other games in the playoffs. Just off the top of my head, I would guess that the series is probably close to even...HP ran a hully gully offense before Carroll...or, I should say before Dodge...

Garland vs. South Garland.

Not Technically feasible unless they decide to have the Div I champ play the Div II cahmp for the ultimate crown. It would show the whole state how truly intense the rivalry is. This game is practically impossible (for more than the reasons i already listed) because Garland is a 7 HS town therefore the talent is spread pretty thing. Oh well.

We played Katy before and won those games... We have played SLC before and Lost those games... ( the first two were classics ) I would like to play some of the power houses out west around too.... here are my choices.

1. Lufkin - SLC
2. Lufkin - Converse Judson
3. Lufkin - North Shore (i know they are not west)
4. Lufkin - Midland Lee
5. Lukfin - Abliene
6. Lufkin - the state of California's best h.s. teams

Yeah, it would have been interesting to see the Dragons and Scots play in 2005. But it can't be a state championship game.
