This Sunday, the Berry Center will be hosting Ted Nugent, Gov. Rick Perry and - drumroll please - Sarah Palin:eek:. How's THAT for a combination! They are doing two events - one inside for those who can't get in due to overflow capacity and another out in the football stadium. I have my ticket - it will more than likely be the largest crowd that stadium has seen yet....including football. We'll see, though, with it being Super Bowl Sunday and all. They said they would be done in time for the game and I only live a couple of miles away so it's all good.

She's not my idol but I do feel the same way she does about many things. Not my idol though. I feel the same way as a lot of people on this board - they aren't my idols either. That honor goes to the Beatles and Jane Austen for starters.;)

50 is the new 20!! My niece, who is 30, is FAR older than me in her thinking and how she acts. She is the most boring person I know.

I spent some time with Ted Nugent in 05 when we toured Air Force One in Waco. Ted is perhaps the most conservative individual you would ever talk to. He really is a very smart guy and is not bashful expressing his opinions;) I do have some pictures from that tour.

Interesting that a local conservative talk show host was pretty critical of her this AM. Said she would be as big a mistake as electing Obama.

This host supports the teabaggers.
