Copperas Cove needs a Week 2
Abilene needs a Week 2 but only under the right circumstance. (Warren is OK with a nine game slate if it comes to that)
DeSoto needs a Week 4 or 5

DeSoto may be calling Waco High about seeing if Waco wants to play Week 5 and they make Week 3 their open date.

Cove and Abilene are scrimmaging thus the reason why they aren't playing and Cove coach from my understanding would rather scrimmage than play in a real game.

Denison's zero week is scheduled now. They'll play 3A Kennedale.

Well, nothing is confirmed yet. I think the 19th is the date for that. But Midland Lee is whats been going around. I kind of hope we dont play them because of travel, but playing a team like them is sure a step over teams like San Angelo Central and CC Tuluso-Midway. I guess we will have to just wait and find out.

It sounds to me like Abilene's already got their hands full. If they find a week 2 game, I hope it's a little bit of a breather between those 2 Florida schools.
