So are there any cat people out there? If so what is your favorite cat? And I am talking feline, not equipment. ;)

That was a GREAT movie.....the soundtrack was creepy though.

Cats scare me. and the movies "Cat's Eye" and "Sleepwalkers" made it worse.

I had a siamese cat when I was young and I hated her.

she was special..given to my pops from some BUSINESS dude he did a house for..she was actually a full grown Tiger..it wasnt a month before we got the complaints and the media went over..we had her out in ranch area..but next to us was a cattle ranch and she would just go nuts roaring. thats how neighbors found out..after all the complaints and media my dad jus decided to sell her..some guy who has crocs or aligators walking around his lot and collects exotic animals bought her..we took her to the area zoo but they didnt have room for her. told us to go to Houston or San An but just to take her all the way over there was gonna be a hassle..so we sold her..i was pretty pissed too..butI took half my school (i was a freshmen) to go check her out though..:D i got pretty popular with that not to mention they would call me Tony at school :)

I grew up with cats and dogs but now we just have dogs. I had one cat for 16 years!! She died when I left for college...seriously. I currently have a ferret (Freddie) who is very catlike at times but he's not a cat! He's a freaking laugh a minute though. They are the most comedic animals. I can't let Vader near him though, he thinks Fred's a squirrel. Ginger lets him crawl all over her though.

I like Siamese Cats. Have had three pair.

I like Abyssinians. They are cool cats. The closest to the Big Cat family in the domestics. But they are expensive. There is a breeder in Victoria that sells them for $3000.00 ea. She currently has 11 if anyone wants one. LOL They are from a Grand Champion father. But you have to sign your life away to get one from her.

Whenever I pet a cat and rub my eyes, the itching makes me want to kill myself.

I've never actually done it...but I wouldn't report someone if they did.

I didn't participate in, but was witness to, a couple of cat throwing contests when I was younger. As an adult, I think it is cruel, as a kid, I thought it was cool.

JK, we have 2 cats now. On is an American Longhair (thats what my mom said.) The 2nd one is a mix.

We had a Russian Blue but he got a disease, can't remember what, and died a few years ago. He was 12+ years old.

When I read the title "Cat People" and then read "So are there any cat people out there?" I thought, has she gone crazy? But then I kept reading:D

We currently have 3 cats, 1 boy and 2 girls. Tabatha is the oldest at 21 years! Boo and Miss Maisy are the other two, both under 5 years and adorable.
We had a Siamese when I was younger too, Samantha was her name. I think she lived to see her 17th birthday. The most well behaved cat we have ever owned.

Nice clarification on the equipment!:D

I had 2 blue cats and liked them as a kid. I only had one as a teenager and he was cool because he didn't act like a cat. He got dirty and fell out of a tree on his back one time. I like dogs a lot more. Most cats are as worthless as a lot of men and women. They take what they want and leave.

Wow that is awesome for a cat to live 21 years. Was she strictly an indoor cat?

My Scottish Fold cat, named Molly, is 16 years old today. She is strictly an indoor cat. Everyonce in a while when I lived upstairs in my apartments I would let her go outside on the back porch. But now that I live downstairs, she doesn't get to go out.

My sisters American Longhair is named Molly. She is strictly an indoor cat, but she is not very old. At max 10 years. My dog is almost 13.

You might have said earlier, but what kind of dog do you have?

When we bought Molly, the lady we bought her from had actually already named her Molly. But I loved it, so I kept the name.

I actually do have another cat as well, just a yellow tabby named Petey. But Petey and Molly did not get along. Molly would literally try to kill him. Scottish Folds are very protective of their territory and their owners, so they do not accept new animals very well. So Petey lives with his granparents (my parents lol).

My parents have 3 cats and a dog living at their house.
