Indeed don't let the fact that they are just a 4A team make you think itis going to be an easy game for the Oilers. LaMarque is one of the few 4A teams that could probably move up to 5A and not be hurt too much by it. They have schedualed 5A team pretty regularly over the years and we're not talkign bottom 5A team we're talkign some of the top teams. It will definitely be a measuring stick game for both programs to see where they're at.

It wont b easy but pearland is still a top program in houston goin 37-3 over the last 4 yrs. but shud b an excitin game

No one is saying Pearland isn't a good program because they are. Unfortunately for them their playoff runs have had them having to go up against North Shore. If not for that who knows what they may have done. All we are is saying is don't think because they are just a 4A team tha tthey can't beat you. Jus tgo ask Washionton who they beat I believe it was year before last or two years ago. At the tiem Washington was ione of the top teams in the Houston area and they got spanked big time by the Cougars.

Trust that Pearland will not take Lamarque easy....the majrity of the coaching staff is from Lamarque and they do most of the same things as far as preparation and gameplanning....this should be a good game....you cant really give an edge to neither team...i think this game will be close and exciting....IT WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST GAMES NEXT YEAR!

My cousin played RB for Washington(#34 James Wade) and LaMarque smaked them around a few times. Washington was no slouch.
