Because Stimulus I worked so well...
The money LOANED to the BIG BAD BANKS is being paid back faster than expected and has been a windfall for US...
So...as I see it...the US Congress bailed out big banks...and as they pay those LOANS back...that money should reduce OUR debt (because we borrowed it to loan it in the first place)...
NOW...Obama wants to spend OUR $200 Billion on Stimulus II...

What say you???
