Definitely cost Colt a few dollars, and, Sam... who knows? I would take Suh first - easily.

I just heard Clausen announced he is going pro... I'd personally take Suh over him right now...

I would to.... but if you are the Rams you have now passed up Brady Quinn, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Matt Stafford, and Mark Sanchez for the likes of Adam Carriker, Chris Long, and Jason Smith. Its time for them to make the move away from Bulger....and Clausen is the top QB prospect this year. I dont think they pass on THE guy again.
Whoever sits at #2 is the real winner this year.

I agree with you, the Rams are in a definite rock and hard place... They need a QB, but can Clausen or any of the others that will be available make the impact Suh can??? Like I said, it's a tough call on their part...

Doesn't really matter. Without the supporting cast, the QB gets chewed up anyway, especially a rookie.

They have to a degree been setting up for this. With the signing of Jaso Brown last year...to drafting Jason Smith. They have rebuilt the line a little and with a Guard maybe in the 2nd 3rd round...the will be ok.
Suh is an impact guy...the best NFL prospect in college football no doubt, but I dont see the Rams passing on a QB again. Alot of scouts are calling Clausen a cant miss NFL QB. I personally think he has room to grow, but stayign at ND would have only hurt him with Weis gone and his OLine being depleted due to graduation.

Claussen will be a great NFL QB. Coach Weis taught him that much. He has everything you want.

Here is how the order stands now.
Cleveland (1-10)
Tampa Bay (1-10)
St. Louis (1-10)
Detroit (2-9)
Washington (3-8)
If it stands...Suh will be #1...no doubt.
1) Suh
2) Berry
3) Clausen
4) Gerald McCoy
5) Sam Bradford or Okung

Perhaps the draft can be held at the footsteps of the College Football HOF.

I admittedly do not like this kid. The foolishness on signing day aside I watched several of his games at Oak Christian and thought he was over rated. I do not hold his frosh year against him for two reasons. First, he was a freshman. Second, ND was just god awful. He showed signs last season and had a fine year as a junior. I'm just not sold, yet. I think he comes off as entitled. I would not put my franchise in his hands at the top of round one with a 30 million dollar bonus on the line at this point.

It all matters how they do in the combine. Its going to be a battle of who performs better to be part of the Rams. Clausen or Bradford. We will just have to wait and see! I personally say take Tebow just because he can yell loud. :D

Tebow is the furthest thing from a NFL QB out there. He will make a great gadget player...very Chris Cooley like. Colt should even go ahead of Tim.

Dang Buh bye Golden Tate as well.

Tate will make a great NFL player...special teams and at WR.
ND will be unwatchable next year.

Next year's Percy Harvin, without the extra background checks or roach clips.

I wonder what Colt's stock is these days. I don't get into the draft until after the bowls usually.

He's all over the map, depending on who you put the most stock into. Kiper's had him as high as a top 12 pick and as low as end of the second.

That's better than I was thinking (on all accounts). I was thinking 3rd round. The pro guys are usually huge on arm strength, and they always question that about Texas QBs because of the offense (short passing). They even questioned Vince in that area. Yeah, the guy who can wrist flick it 50 yards against the grain.

Scouts Inc dont have him in the top 32 players.
Kiper has him #25
I have yet to see him in the first round of a legitimate mock draft.
People are concerned about his play against good competition compared to his play against the weak this year.
In my opinion he is a bust in round 1 or 2...good round 3 or 4...steal in round 5 and up.
He reminds me of Nate Davis last year. Came in as a 1st round prospect as a senior...had a bad year...fell to the 5th.
If Colt is lights out in the NC game...I could see him going late first to someone like Seattle, Arizona, or NE. Or early 2nd to Washington or Oakland.
