Any word on the teams aligned in the district next season?
And how bout the year this year? Any thoughts?
Haltom,Richland...? Will they end up in 3-5a again next year??

The scenario I'm hearing is that 3-5A is going back to the way it SHOULD be. Abilene, Cooper, Midland, Lee, Odessa, and Permian.

It all hinges on where Cooper and Amarillo high end up. They both go 5A and chances are Abilene schools are back with Midland and Odessa.

I have heard that 3-5A stays the same with the addition of Abilene Cooper.

Trying to figure out what the UIL is gonna do is a pretty tricky task. Alot of talk on what wil happen with 3-5A next year. I've heard several scenarios. On is that the LSWC is reunited. I've heard that if Abilene Cooper moves to 5A they could come east with Abilene to run rampant over that district. I've also heard that the Birdville ISD schools will be moving out so there really is no telling.

Blake is a senior. A lot of Jr's were starters don't hold me to this but about 7 offensive returning and 6 on defense. Also we missed JT Smith on defense this year 6'4 225 DE starter as a soph. He will be a major impact next year. He went out the first week of 2 a days(shoulder). I think the Elks will be pretty competitive next year.
