I was listening to the post game call in show and a caller called in and asked why dont they just bench WR Roy Williams and start Crayton instead and they answered because they are paying roy way to much for him not to be starting.
so your telling me you would rather have a guy dropping footballs and possible losing football games instead of winning ?
looks like jerry and the rest of the cowboys need a wake up call that or we will just continue to play " average " football
last time i looked football is KING in texas and the boys sure aren`t playing like kings for us
you mean to tell me people are going to spend their hard working dollars to go to jerry`s world to see the offense put up 7 points ?
i bet you dallas fokes watch better highschool balls games then you do watching dallas cowboys games, tell me im wrong...
im talking about the game in general...
1st bench roy williams, 2nd throw the ball to Witten
why doesnt dallas do more play action, where`s the screen pass to Felix Jones, Run T Choice more often, you have a three headed monster and you hardly use it to your advantage
also seems like dallas doesn`t want to show its entire offense, they say the playbook in the nfl is the size of a phonebook, well damn thats funny b/c it almost seems they are drawing plays in the dirt, i see the entire same plays every single week......tell me im WRONG...
and last thing is, bench T Newman # 41 another player showing up for a pay check, did you see how he stopped and watched and BAM...1ST down redskins...im glad campo jumped his tail and T-new got upset about it...
tough...get upset and sit on the bench !
these cowboys are a bunch of pu%%y`s !!!!!
not all of them but most of them.
where is this teams heart ?

Buffalo.....:D
Well, if that's the case, I'll take the heart that's 7-3, instead of the one that's 3-7, and heading south.:D

When Romo is clicking and hot - all is fine. He's streaky - just look at his record and stats.
I do agree that in the NFL - a win is a win. They should beat Oakland Thursday - then they can re-group a little.
But, honestly - I give them virtually no chance in the PO's - unless they can play Seattle... at home.

Well, they have to get to the postseason first.
As we saw a little today, and quite a bit against Philadelphia and Seattle, I believe Romo is finally starting to manage the game. Before, he'd either be hot or cold. He still has some work to do but, overall, I think he's improving. He's definitely growing mentally, also. But, as we all know, there's still alot of season left to be played.
Lets see where this goes!

I was at the game today, and it's starting to look more-and-more like Romo doesn't give a :Censor: about getting Roy a reasonable ball to catch...
With certain players, his ability to throw accurate balls is just freak'n night and day...
Even Bennett was put out to dry on some of those routes today...

Jason Campbell: "Other than a couple of plays, we pretty much beat them."

Yeah, he was a little gimpy thru out the game afterwards. But, Romo says it wasn't the reason for a bad game. Truth be told, I think Washington's defense being that good had something to do with a little bit of it.
As for Jason Campbell; :laugh
IMO, this was one of those typical Cowboys/Redskins games; UGLY! Most of the games that they play against each other are ugly.
The one they'll play up in Washington in December will be ugly as well.

Why is it that even though my boys won it still feels like a loss:(

As I said before, most of the games that the 'Boys and Skins play against each other, are very ugly. This one was no different.
Maybe it felt like a loss because, they were losing until the last 2 minutes. That's the only thing I can come up with.

It was ugly and very hard to watch.
If I'm big Roy do I want to reach for high passes over the middle? He has already demonstrated his courage over the middle and it cost him a few weeks of not being able to sneeze. Ask Bennett how that high pass feels this morning. Romo was off, but we will need 10 WR's if he keeps throwing the ball high over the middle.
What is up with the offense?
The defense looks strong and intense... What is up with newman and campo? That looked weak at best, especially in front of a young and developing secondary. Cut that out or get lost.
Not much to like about yesterday other than the W.

This game created the perfect atmosphere to get caught up on my sleep after being up so late from the SLC-Allen game...

I agree completely.
Romo was off all day (see "streaky" comment in thread above). He is NOT the QB that most Dallas fans hope each week that he will become. Unfortunately they are hit & miss at best.
Glad for the W yesterday, but they really need to start looking a little more dominant and threatening as December nears. The teams that are going to make a run in the postseason are starting to hit on all 8 right now. The Boyz are simply sputtering along.
Happy Thanksgiving!
