lol, some pretty funny comments down below. As a prior Houston Oiler season ticket holder, let me say without a doubt that Bud Adams has not changed a bit with age. This is exactly what he did to Houston for years....

lol, some pretty funny comments down below. As a prior Houston Oiler season ticket holder, let me say without a doubt that Bud Adams has not changed a bit with age. This is exactly what he did to Houston for years....

I wasn't a season ticket holder but would go see 2-3 games each season from 1981-1983... Bud's single worst mistake, and there are plenty of them to choose from, was letting Bum Phillips go after the Oakland playoff loss. The team was never able to recapture the Luv ya blue spirit and support and that eventually lead to them leaving Houston in my opinion.

Bud never has had any, or will he ever have any class...

Bum and his hat had the Oilers playing far beyond their talent. Pretty much a blue-collar team plus Mr. work ethic, Earl Campbell. :notworthy

I completely agree... Moon put up wins and the team was solid, but the whole Jerry Glanville persona was a little too much for me.
