The score is 58-10, and Oklahoma is about to score again. I think F18mustang is refering to the Tech/A&M score, where A&M destroyed Tech, 52-30.

Add in new Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and sports-wardrobe consultant! This team is already better than last year record-wise, and I think anyone could have told you early in the season that they look like a different team. No, they didn't beat OU, but neither did Fran. I'll tell you what Sherm has done that Fran didn't - beat TT in Lubbock. Use an offense that passes more than 3 times a game. And in all likelihood the Ags will be bowling this season if they show up next week to play. This program was in very bad shape when he got it and it's still messy but it's gonna take more than 1.5 seasons to get it back to a legit Big XII contender. I'm content with the progress the team has made this season if they beat Baylor. I said at the beginning of the season that a bowl game would be a solid improvement, and I'm standing by that.

A&M kind of reminds you of that 7th grade guy that plays really hard - but forgets which team he's on. These guys are just trips to watch - comical.

He's right tonight. The first half it got to where you just had to laugh at what else could go wrong.
The team had some very bad mistakes and then quit. KSU all over again.
I watched aggy's first two drives and thought they didn't look half bad. The fumble returned for a TD sucked but they seemed to be moving the ball. Looking at the box score, however, it doesn't seem that they managed to move the ball at all after I left.
Did Johnson get hurt?

aggy never really moved the ball well at all, all night. in fact, aggy scored it's only touchdown when they got the ball back after LJ's only INT of the night, at about the 10 yard line. johnson was flustered all night long, and we just stuffed the run game right in their faces. we have some aggies staying at our apartment this weekend, and they just couldn't talk after the game...they were pretty embarassed.

Go figure. They made a team who scored 3 points last week with a QB who had like 35 passing yards and 5 picks look like a great offensive team. I thought A&M started out looking pretty good. But they're so up and down. One week they demolish Tech in Lubbock and the next they lose to OU by 50+. They better get consistent if they want to compete (if it's possible) with the likes of OU and Texas.

Yeah, except for those first two drives where they were averaging about 6 yards a play and got 1/4 of their total yards for the game.

I am not sure why you think you need to make replies for me. I can handle things quite well without your help. You should probably worry more about Tech's loss IMO.
Did anybody else NOT see this same performance against Arkansas?
A&M looks like a contender for a quarter. Then, a turnover, and the wheels fall off. I can only assume that is how the KSU game looked.
What exactly happens, where you fumble two straight kickoffs, losing one, then misjudge the next? I like Cyrus Gray, but man. Apparently, he had enough after that, for I don't recall seeing him return kickoffs after that.
Whoops, there's 21 points. Dang, that kinda stuff will absolutely kill you.

Reminds me of K-State. A&M loses a game that they could have won, then comes back the next week to make stupid mistakes and get blown out.

weird...
then why throw the coach under the bus? Try a little patience, it might just pay off.
Had the kid's soccer party going on at the same time so I wasn't able to really watch the game closely nor listen at all, until late. Two things stood out, and I mean way out.
On the first fumble return for a TD, it seemed like the ou defender ripped the helmet off the RB to me. Couldn't hear what they said, but was that not an issue? Was it after the fumble?
On the fourth TD(I think, a run by Murray, he was headed to the end zone, and he was bracing for a hit from the a$m defender(#7 Frederick I think) and he just barely bumped into him. Murray appeard to look back, in a "are you serious" kind of look. I would be uber pissed about that play.

not weird at all, if you actually paid attention instead of thinking you are being funny. Sherman is the head coach and not the defensive coordinator. Now try to follow me here, I was talking about throwing the head coach under the bus and not the coordinators. As far as the coordinators being coaches, they are not the head coach and that is who the poster was throwing under the bus that I was replying to.

Sherman is responsible for the program and Kines is responsible for the defense which ranks near the bottom of the NCAA for the second year in a row. Kines is a great guy but I think they need a younger more aggressive defensive coordinator. Beating Tech was a good victory for them but they have given up over 60 points twice this year. They need a new defensive coordinator
