It helps to get your facts straight if you don't want to embarrass yourself. . LT didn't call the dogs off. Their starting QB threw a TD with 2 minutes left in the game.... He played the entire game. That's hardly calling the dogs off.

Trust me, I know the facts quite well. GG did throw a final TD in order to surpass Harrell's passing record; the D was called off early. LV was never a threat and is was really shocking that the game was really not much of a contest. As far as LV's injuries, it happens. Your bench better be deep if you are going to win it all. LV may be the greatest team ever this year, but only time will tell. LT has gone the distance 2 years in a row and earned its stripes. BTW, when was LV's last State title? McCray was very good and LV has a great team. LT was just unstoppable that particular day. The score would have been closer, though, you are right. Good luck to the Lobos, you guys have a tough region but I think they will get to the finals again.

What f'n tradition does Lake Travis have? They just learned what the meaning of "winning" was, 2 or 3 years ago. HP won their first state title in 1945, and their most recent in 2005. While I have my own bone to pick w/ the Scots (being I'm from Garland), there is no comparison, in regards to "rich tradition". I think the last quote pertained more to being a wealthy school in a wealthy community, but there is no comparison, in terms of rich tradition, yet, between LT and HP. You get more and more boring every time you post. I assumed the original "rich" tradition comment was used due to the wealthy community that is University Park/Highland Park Village. I also assumed the other LT-moron (SemperFi) was speaking about HP and LT having a "rich" tradition, together.. in comparison. I pointed out LT and HP have nothing in common, when it comes down to HS athletics tradition.

Hey correct me if I am wrong but didn't the worst spread team in Texas bow out in the second round? Be careful next year will be another 3 and 7 year.

What a difference , we go undefeated AGAIN in the regular season and lose in the third round and it is a disappointing season, the mighty owls lose in the second round and it was a great season. Pathetic as usual!!
