The Spurs are pulling a Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde routine on me so far. Everytime I watch a game they lose. If I don't see that game they blow somebody out!

Good win for the Spurs last night over the Mavs without Duncan and Parker. Richard Jefferson scored 29.

Good win for the Spurs last night over the Mavs without Duncan and Parker. Richard Jefferson scored 29.

Finally! Every game I have been able to watch up here in North Texas, they have lost! The Spurs played with a ton of energy. I really like how this team is shaping up. I know they will probably play just above .500 until they get things figured out.

Concerns...

Ginobili - right hamstring tightening
Duncan - jammed left ankle
Parker - sprained left ankle

GO SPURS GO!!!

Well... it was a very fun game to watch. Spurs @ Mavericks Nov. 18.

And by the way, if you have never been to the Old #7 Club for dinner, it was very good. Need to get there early. My son was only one of a handful of people in SPURS attire!:p

Manu went out in the first quarter and never returned to the bench from the locker room. Parker was in street clothes and never came back either.

Dirk came through for the Mavericks. He was great in the 4th and in OT. Duncan could not get any help and missed a couple of key baskets in OT. I know the Mavericks were missing 3 key players and the Spurs were short Parker and Manu. Pop has a lot of work to do but in order to do it he needs a healthy team. Gotta figure out that Chemistry.

The new HD boards in the AAC are outstanding. We were in 23 rows up from the floor near the free throw line, and you could see the hairs in guy's noses!:D

There was one point in the game where Rick Carlisle jumped up from his seat so fast to chase an official that he fell straight down on the floor.:p And soon as the official saw him, he T'd him up! May have to take that suit to the cleaners!:p

Spurs looked solid in their last two games against the Wizards and the Bucks. The Bucks are having a great start to their season, so this was a quality win.

GO SPURS GO

San Antonio falls to the Celtics and their 5 game winning streak comes to an end. But I am getting excited about rookie Dejuan Blair. He looked great tonight and Pop let him play in crunch time. The Spurs lost this game because they had 19 turnovers and struggled with their free-throw and 3-point shooting.

I think it is coming together.

The Spurs had a rough season yet still managed to win 50 games. I think Dirk said it best after the first round lost to the Spurs... they got healthy and they got in sync at the right time. And shortly after the allstar break, that is what happened except for Parker. I freaked when George Hill went down with the ankle because I knew how much the Spurs are relying on the 2nd year guard. McDyss is playing great. Just need Manu to find his shooting stroke with the brace on.
