Friday night is a big rivalry match up for LT & Drip. Will LT extend winning streak or get tripped up by Dripp..? My guess is that we will call off the dogs at about 50 points...maybe! Go Cavs -- Let It Be 3!!!!!

I think it's safe to say the Cavaliers will win it, in the area of 56-7.

Ahhh... Dripping Springs... The gateway into the Hill Country. I love driving down 290 heading towards Johnson City and Fredericksburg.

Lake Travis beat Hendrickson 58-15!
Hendrickson beat Dripping Springs 49-0!

I think it's safe to say Lake Travis will likely be winning 63-0... at halftime!

Final Score = 100-0

Unfortunately to the teams of 25-4A, the only team worth talking about is the one that uses the rest solely as practice dummies.

I will be there on Friday. I have a Dripping Springs mailing address, but we live in Lake Travis ISD. My kids know a bunch of the kids that go to Drip. It is not a game we are looking forward to. LT was off last week, so I am sure the first string will probably get more time than they would have, if we had played last week. It is not going to be a fun game for either side. Nobody around here is really looking forward to the next two games after that either. Marble Falls is not having a very good year and it looks like our first round opponent in the playoffs will be Crockett. Not a very good schedule to get ready for (presumably) Steele or Alamo Heights in the second round.

LTISD was established in 1981 after separating from the Dripping Springs Independent School District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dripping_Springs_Independent_School_District). We were not very good in the early yrs and Drip was 10 - 0 last yr before playing us.

Also last yr the LT drill team & band did a great half time for Halloween
( Thriller) when Drip was here and maybe they will do it again. I know it might be better than the game but it is pretty good when I watch it..enjoy

Dripping Springs is usually a salty team, but not by LT standards. 1st qtr 28-0, by halftime 49-0,.. 3rd qtr another few TDs and then.. MAYBE then.. Drip scores on subs.. final score 63-14.
